(I have a slight paranoia that that people who practice yoga shouldn't be 'into' apps and other things that are related to technology - but I am. And now it's out there. And I can move onto WHY sometimes this thing called a mobile phone and an app can actually be useful - and dare I say good for you?)

Younga Yoga launched into the festive season last weekend with a ROCK YOGA class. We decided to combine the usual end of year catch up with a fun class via donation to help raise money for the SALVOS XMAS APPEAL. Thanks to everyone who came and enjoyed the class - we raised $480.

So 15 days until Christmas and we're heading into the thick of silly season.
